Confidence Comes From Action Based Strategies

Your strategies are the kinds of things you do to achieve your goal. Each strategy employs a number of actions or tactics. Of course you can’t use every possible strategy and all feasible tactics within each strategy.

Your tactics usually are action oriented. That is you have to do something and as you do that thing better you move closer to achieving your goal. Coaching is aimed at helping you do your tactics better. One common tactic that isn’t action oriented, but which takes lots of energy, is patience.
